At Catlink EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
